Meet WVMS Administrative Team: Dr. Stephanie Nardi and Melissa France

Dr. Stephanie Nardi and Melissa France serve as the leadership team at Western Valley Middle School, where they are focused on rebuilding culture, strengthening instruction, and improving student outcomes.

Together, they bring more than 40 years of combined educational experience spanning teaching, curriculum and instructional leadership, school improvement, restorative practices, and systems transformation. Dr. Nardi holds a doctorate in educational leadership and three master’s degrees, while Melissa France is an experienced instructional leader currently pursuing her master’s in educational administration and supervision.

They are passionate advocates for student voice, belonging, equity, and innovative learning, helping Western Valley Middle School create a culture where both students and educators thrive. Their work demonstrates how intentional leadership, strong relationships, and purposeful systems can transform schools from the inside out.
